Products made of foamed silicone rubbers

(produced according to TU VIGE. 754100. 002 TU)

Porous rubber products are designed for sealing fixed joints and are used in all climatic zones as heat-and frost-resistant seals that are resistant to atmospheric influences and solar radiation in the temperature range from 50 °C to plus 180 °C. Medium – air and non-aggressive gases.

RTI is made in natural color, corresponding to the color of the original rubber compound, and other colors in agreement with the consumer.

The structure of the RTI designation entry is as follows:

VIGE PROFILE.754100. XXX-XX-XX

1(XXX)-2(XX)-3(XX)

1 – serial number of the product by CD;

2 – product design number;

3 – product design number by color.

Basic physical and mechanical parameters of products made of foamed silicone rubbers

No. p / p Parameter name Parameter value

Products made of foamed silicone rubbers have a solid surface film without cracks and breaks.

The outer surface of products made of foamed silicone rubbers should be smooth, smooth and free of open pores and flakes visible to the naked eye.

Roughness, vulcanized folds and surface bumps or depressions of no more than 1 mm, risks up to 0.1 mm deep, and other defects in appearance that do not impair the reliability of the product are allowed.

Porous RTI made of silicone rubbers are non-toxic and difficult to burn at ambient temperature.

Products made of foamed silicone rubbers must be operated in conditions that exclude the influence of acids, alkalis and other aggressive media.

Porous RTI should not be compressed by more than 50% of the initial thickness in order to avoid rupture of partitions. The maximum recommended compression is 30% of the initial thickness of the product.

During operation, measures must be taken to prevent damage to the integrity of the RTI from mechanical influences.

The manufacturer guarantees compliance of porous products with the requirements of the technical specifications provided that the consumer complies with the conditions of transportation, storage and operating instructions established by these technical specifications.

The warranty period of storage is 18 months from the date of manufacture.

The warranty period of operation is 20 years from the date of manufacture.
