It is important that the rubber compounds based on organosilicon elastomers used by ELIZ LLC have a number of obvious advantages over the so-called "black" rubbers.

In addition, some organosilicon rubbers are characterized by biological compactness, the possibility of obtaining transparent products, the absence of smell, low rigidity, suitability for sterilization, and ease of processing in the manufacture of various syringed and molded products. These properties have determined the widest scope of application of products made of this material. Just one significant fact: Vladimir organosilicon tubes are available on the International Space Station.

Among the customers of ELIZ LLC are enterprises of the construction industry, energy, mechanical engineering, military-industrial complex, lighting engineering and many others. "The scope of application of our electrical insulation pipes TCR, TKSP, TTS SV, etc., as well as profiles and gaskets is the widest," says Marina Burlak, Commercial Director. " They are in demand everywhere where the equipment must work with stable characteristics. We supply our pipes for insulation and sealing of heat and gas generating equipment. In addition, we actively cooperate with the Mytischensk Railway Car Building Plant, with Russian Railways, with factories that produce equipment for the food industry (we have profiles for direct contact with food), as well as with machine builders who supply heat-generating equipment, household and medical equipment, lighting equipment for indoor and outdoor lighting, oil transformers, etc. etc."

On the path of development

ELIZ LLC is a fairly young production of electrical insulation products, but it confidently occupies its niche. It was created "from scratch" in the 90s at the Vladimir Electric Motor Plant. At its origins was Alexander Dmitrievich Khudyakov, an Honored Machine-builder of the Russian Federation, a professional of the highest level, an honorary machine-builder, a knight of the Order of Peoples ' Friendship. He organized a new production facility, and in the shortest possible time made it highly profitable. Initially, the workshop operated only focusing on the needs of the plant. But in 2003, it was transformed into an independent enterprise. Alexander Dmitrievich became its technical director. He has only recently retired for health reasons, but continues to actively help and advise young professionals on difficult issues.

Having gone into free swimming, ELIZ specialists learned to respond flexibly to customer requests and maintain a loyal pricing policy. Sergey Nikolaevich Kuzmin agrees: the problem of import substitution does not lose its relevance, but production workers are more dependent on the requests and requirements of customers. Therefore, the company, using domestic equipment, uses raw materials from both domestic and foreign manufacturers. Quality characteristics are maintained at the required level. There is a testing laboratory where raw materials and finished products are controlled. This year, the company's management has planned to equip the laboratory with new equipment. As for the process of modernization of production lines, this process is ongoing.

Reliable partner

The company employs about 60 people. Many people have higher or specialized education and extensive work experience in this particular field. A full social package and an appropriate level of remuneration complement the material aspect of professional and well-coordinated work of all services. There is practically no staff turnover here.

ELIZ LLC constantly monitors all significant and relevant events for the rubber and tire industry. In particular, it takes part in specialized international exhibitions. One of the most recent events — "Tires, RTI and Rubbers 2015" - was held in the Russian capital in April. LLC "ELIZ" again showed its best side and won the prize "For the best products" in the category "RTI for various purposes", presenting its new development-oil-heat-frost-resistant gasket made of fluorosilicon, used in the production of transformers.
